Brandon Nguyen is the founder of Donsapex Staffing, built on a background in heavy diesel and hands-on industry experience.
Starting as an apprentice diesel fitter, Brandon worked his way through the trade to become a leading hand, gaining first-hand understanding of what makes a good worker on site: reliability, attitude, and the ability to get the job done properly.
Having worked within workshops and operational environments, he understands the real challenges companies face when hiring, and equally, what tradespeople are looking for in a solid role.
